How to Make a Picture QR Code

What the video covers

  1. Upload your picture — Upload a logo, photo, or product shot. Everything runs in your browser — your image is never uploaded to a server.
  2. Add your link — Paste the URL the code should open. Simple, high-contrast images with a clear subject work best.
  3. Pick a style — Halftone rebuilds the picture out of QR dots; photo overlay keeps it smooth. Use the balance slider to trade off between an almost-invisible code and a bolder one that scans from further away, and toggle color and rounded dots to taste.
  4. Download and test — Download the high-resolution PNG. The built-in test-scan warns you if the image is too busy — scan-test on an iPhone and an Android before printing at 2 cm or larger.
