What we can help with
- Making a QR code — choosing between a static and a dynamic code, adding a logo or colors, or getting a print-ready download.
- Editing a code you already printed — changing the destination of a dynamic QR code so you do not have to reprint anything.
- Scan analytics — reading the scan counts, locations, and device breakdown for your dynamic codes, or exporting them.
- Your account, billing, and plans — signing in, changing or cancelling a plan, invoices, and refunds.
- A code that will not scan — send us the code and where it is printed, and we will help you track down why.
