Description: Need help with EZQR? Reach the EZQR support team by email for questions about QR codes, your account, billing, plans, or anything else - we are happy to help.

Stuck on something, or just not sure where to start? The EZQR team is a small group of real people, and we are glad to help with anything about making, editing, or tracking your QR codes.

## Contact us

The fastest way to reach us is email: [support@ezqr.ca](mailto:support@ezqr.ca). Write in whatever detail you have - the QR code you are working with, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead - and we will get back to you. We answer messages in the order they arrive, usually within one business day.

## What we can help with

- **Making a QR code** - choosing between a static and a dynamic code, adding a logo or colors, or getting a print-ready download.
- **Editing a code you already printed** - changing the destination of a dynamic QR code so you do not have to reprint anything.
- **Scan analytics** - reading the scan counts, locations, and device breakdown for your dynamic codes, or exporting them.
- **Your account, billing, and plans** - signing in, changing or cancelling a plan, invoices, and refunds.
- **A code that will not scan** - send us the code and where it is printed, and we will help you track down why.

## Quick answers

Many common questions are already answered in the [QR code FAQ](https://ezqr.ca/qr-code-faq) and our [step-by-step guides](https://ezqr.ca/guides), which walk through specific use cases from posters and menus to open houses and business cards.

For billing and plan questions, see [plans & pricing](https://ezqr.ca/pricing). Our policies are covered in the [privacy policy](https://ezqr.ca/privacy-policy) and [terms of service](https://ezqr.ca/terms-of-service).
