How to Make an Email QR Code

Make a QR code that opens a ready-to-send email with the address, subject, and message already filled in — enter the details, download the code, and print it. Static and free forever, no account.

What the video covers

  1. Enter the email address — Type the address the message should go to. The QR code preview appears as soon as you add it.
  2. Add a subject and message (optional) — Fill in a subject line and a pre-written message body so the email is ready before it is even opened. Leave them blank for a plain to-address code.
  3. Download the QR code — Download as PNG, JPG, or SVG. Use SVG for print so it stays sharp on cards, signs, and packaging at any size.
  4. Print it and scan-test on both phones — Scanning opens the person's email app with everything pre-filled — they review and hit send themselves, on iPhone and Android alike. Test on both before printing a batch.
