Home QR Code for Forms Walkthrough

How to Make a QR Code for a Google Form

Turn any Google Form into a scannable QR code: copy the share link, paste it into EZQR, download the QR, and print or project it where people will scan.

What the video covers

  1. Open your Google Form and click Send — In the share dialog, switch to the link icon tab and copy the form URL. Tick "Shorten URL" if you want a tidier forms.gle link — it works exactly the same in the QR code.
  2. Paste the link into EZQR — On the home page, paste the URL into the generator. The QR code preview updates instantly. Download as PNG, JPG, or SVG.
  3. Print or project it where people will scan — Classroom slide, event poster, table tent, restaurant receipt, end-of-class handout — anywhere a phone camera can see it.
  4. Optional: make it editable — If you'll reuse the same flyer or sign for different forms over time, sign up for an EZQR account and create a dynamic QR code instead. Update the form link any time without reprinting.
