How to Generate QR Codes in Bulk from a CSV

Turn a spreadsheet into hundreds of QR codes at once — upload a CSV, choose the column with your links, generate a code for every row, and download them all as a single ZIP.

What the video covers

  1. Prepare your CSV — One row per QR code. Put the link (or any text) in one column. Add a column for the file name and another for a short caption if you want them.
  2. Upload or paste it — Load the .csv file or paste rows directly. Everything runs in your browser — your list of links never leaves your device.
  3. Map your columns — Tell the tool which column holds the link, and optionally which columns are the file name and the caption printed under each code.
  4. Pick format and size — Choose PNG or SVG, set the size and error-correction level, and adjust the quiet-zone margin. SVG stays razor-sharp for large-format print.
  5. Generate and download the ZIP — Generate every code, preview them, then download them all together as a single ZIP — named from your file-name column so they stay organised.
